Hanuman Jayanti double celebration 2023
On April 6th it is Hanuman Jayanti and this year it coincides with my birthday 🥳 and first full moon of spring.
I could not let that pass unnoticed.
So I drew up this special vinyasa class with a sequence inspired by Hanuman’s story; a story about having faith and remembering who you are and what you are meant to do here on earth. Tap into the energy of pioneering, exploring, and having faith that you can do it. Hanuman shows us that where there is faith there is no fear. To follow our callings we need to tap into that faith so we can leap forward, serving the world with our playing big. We will seal the class traditionally with chanting the Hanuman Chalisa and delicious, sweet birthday prasad home-made by myself.
